Possible reasons for problems logging on:
- Pop-up blocker may be on
- Explorer being used could be creating issue
- Version of explorer being used may not be up to date
- Clear cache/cookies
- Log off and restart computer
- Try using different device
- Bidder# or email being used? Suggest using bidder#, less chance of error
- Is auto fill being used? This may have inserted a space before or after the filled in information.
***Passwords are case sensitive
25 failed login attempts block IP address:
- ‘403 forbidden’ error code
- Too many failed login attempts makes it appear as a robot
- Block would need to be removed from account by K-BID
- This could have to do with IP address overlap between accounts
