Creating a Bidder Account

Credit Card is not going through:

• System will only accept Visa & MasterCard
• Credit or Debit cards may be used
• Card number should be entered with all numbers together, no spaces or dashes
• Month is entered as 2 digits and year is entered as 4 digits
• Credit card address and physical address must have matching city, state & zip code
• Issuing bank may be blocking transaction
• Card information will need to be re-entered each time bidder receives error when creating account

Credit card information is stored with PayTrace (3^rd party company), so credit card information held is PCI Compliant.

I am not a robot continues to come up:

• This note has to do with the device being used by bidder
• Device may not be accepting cookies
• Browser being used may need updating

If bidder account information does not come through to K-BID, bidder should try using a different browser or device.

The system will time out if the account takes approximately 2 hours to be created.
