Emails not going through:
Is the email on account valid?
Is there a typo in the email address? Have bidder spell out correct email for account.
Have emails been marked as spam by bidder? Look at email log on bidder account.
Is email provider blocking emails? Look at email log on bidder account.
Are notification settings on bidder account set to receive outbid emails?
Have bidder contact email provider to place Postmaster@K-BIDmail.com on trusted list
Have bidder add Postmaster@K-BIDmail.com to their trusted list on device
