"Duplicate Title - May be subject to" - stamp

If a duplicate title has the following stamp, check with the DMV if there are any concerns with using title.

DUPLICATE TITLE - May Be Subject To The Rights Of A Person Under The Original Certificate

**If the title is dated far enough back, there shouldn't be any issue using it.
