Out of State Titles with Salvage Brand

• K-BID does not accept vehicles from out of state with a salvage brand on the title.
• Out of state titles with a salvage brand require the dealer to place the title in their name. VTAPS must be completed within 48 hours of receipt of vehicle. Inspections must be completed before vehicle can be sold.
