Title transfers for exporting out of the US

When a winning bidder wishes to export the vehicle they have won, the question in MNDrive 'Is the title marked for export' should be answered Yes.

All the same fees apply, minus registration.

Minnesota titles stamped EXPORT mean the customer purchased the vehicle through an auction for the sole purpose of taking the vehicle out of the country and need a title to take the vehicle through customs. The customer cannot renew the registration or sell the vehicle in the United States.
