Commercial Trailers are trailers that are titled and are 4,500 pounds or more.
Plates only need replacing if they are damaged or missing. There is no replacement cycle for trailer plates like there is for vehicles.
Tabs vary depending on weight and year of the trailer.

If there is a lien card, the lien card must be with the title in order to sell the vehicle. The lien holder will be listed on the top left-hand side of the title.
