• Auctioneer license  (through county office)(auctioneers bond needed to obtain license)

   2. ND have, but are not required
   3. SD & IA do not have

• Register with state for sales tax ID#
• $1000 activation fee – after 6months there is a $50 month fee
• 6-8 hours online training
