If the seller is a company and they print a name and the company name on the line for seller’s name, that is ok. No correction form is needed
If a seller signed in the correct spot on the front of the title & in the dealer reassignment space(s) on the back, that is ok. No correction form is needed.
If a seller signs on the incorrect line on the seller side (printed name or address line), a new signature is needed on the correct line for a signature. No correction form is needed.
If the seller signs on the buyer’s side, a correction form is needed (PS2025-B1)
A different representative of a company can sign a correction form than who signed the title
