Assets acquired from abandoned storage facilities.
Documents required for DMV transfer:
- PS2000
- Statement of Facts - vehicle must be complete and drivable to use this form
- Picture of VIN#
- Pictures of all 4 sides of vehicle
If the vehicle is not complete and drivable, then a PS2026-05 - Affidavit Regarding Due Diligence is needed.
The vehicle will also need to be bonded by the buyer, so a note will need to be listed on the lot description stating this.
