Damage / Flood Vehicle Disclosure

Starting January 1st, 2023, vehicles with a Salvage brand or Flood damage must have a disclosure signed and dated by the seller to provide the DMV.

"To the best of my knowledge, this vehicle has/has not sustained damage in excess of 80% actual cash value."

A copy of this disclosure needs to be kept in the sales file.

A disclosure is not needed for Prior Salvage brands.
