To create a macro, click on the Setting icon shown on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on the "Go to Admin Center" link at the top of the page. A new tab will open with the Admin Center.
On the left hand sidebar, expand the list under "Workspaces". Choose "Macros".
To create a new macro, click on the button "Add macro" shown on the top right hand corner.

Enter the macro name.
To list the macro under a section, enter the section name, 2 colons and the macro name. (i.e. Bidder::Suspect Activity)
Under 'Available for' choose "All agents". This will allow all users access to the macro.
In the Action section, add the following actions:
Assignee - current user
Status - pending or solved
Group - bidder assistance
Comment mode - public
Comment/description - this is where the body of the macro is shown
To have the name of the person automatically fill, add one of the following at the top of the message:
{{ticket.requester.first_name}},
{{ticket.requester.name}},
Once the message has been entered, check the box for 'Include plain text fallback'. This allows the message to be used on a cell phone.
To complete the macro, click the blue 'Create' button.
